HR Systems Solution Architect

Your Day in a Nutshell

As our HR Systems Solution Architect you will own the technical roadmap for UKG Workforce Management with a clear focus on Time & Attendance. You design scalable solutions, drive global roll-outs and act as the central link between HR, IT and external partners. Travel 25–35 %.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• End-to-end design of UKG-WFM solutions: Positive & Negative Time, Absence, Scheduling
• Define architecture, estimates and delivery within international projects
• Build and document interfaces to HR and finance systems
• Perform configuration & customization following Waterfall and Agile practices
• Present solution strategies to stakeholders at every level
• Keep track of new features, road-maps and best-practice standards

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on UKG-WFM experience, especially in Time & Attendance
• Proven expertise in Time Keeping, Absence Management and Scheduling
• Degree in IT, Business Informatics or comparable experience
• Integration experience with cloud HR suites (e.g. Dayforce, Workday)
• Strong communicator in international project environments and at executive level
• Business-fluent English; additional languages are a plus
